This position will include 3 shifts a week, 7p-7a and will include every other weekend as well.

Responsibilities:
Administer medication to older adult residents Administer treatments as ordered Observe patients for physical or emotional changes Enter thorough and accurate documentation on electronic MAR/TAR (PCC) Deliver the highest-level in-patient care Supervise assigned Certified Medical Assistants and Geriatric Nursing Assistants Communication with Interdisciplinary team and physician
Qualifications:
Must be licensed in the state of Maryland Ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge Must possess a strong desire to deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way Experience assessing, trouble shooting and making sound recommendations in stressful situations Excellent communication skills to listen and communicate with older adult residents Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook Strong team leader and team member builder skills Time management skills Must be dependable and reliable Before starting work, new team members must be current with COVID-19 vaccines based on their vaccine eligibility including the Bivalent booster.
