Summary:
Is responsible for the production of optimal quality radiographs in a timely fashion while demonstrating concern for patients of all ages.
Utilizes the knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient's age (neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric) to ensure that care provided meets the unique physical and psychosocial needs of the patient.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree preferred.
Graduate of a AMA-JCH approved program for Radiological Technology.
6 months of cardiovascular and intervention training and/or experience required.
Must be ARRT certified.
American Heart Association CPR Healthcare Provider Certification.
ACLS within 1 year of hire.
Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) Certified Cpr Cardiology Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
