The position of the Branch Manager is accountable for the administration and efficient day-to-day operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with Lend mark Financial Services objectives. It is the accountability of the Branch Manager to develop NEW BUSINESS; provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. In addition, the qualified applicant will achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. This person will also provide leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the Assistant Branch Manager or other branch personnel.
Requirements
1-5 years of related management experience
Education
Bachelor's degree

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
