Office Manager

A full-time position is now available with Dream Aviation, Inc in Westminster, MD. We are seeking a dedicated individual to support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising the staff.

The qualified candidate for the position would:
Be highly Motivated - a self-starter with a take charge attitude
Have prior management or aviation experience
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be experienced using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Be very neat & organized

As the Office Manager, you would be responsible for:
Ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Current and future business areas include Aircraft Rental, Flight School, Maintenance Shop, Aircraft Parts, Hangar rental and Aircraft Charter
Managing scheduling of aircraft, pilots, mechanics, instructors, and other staff
Hiring/training Administrative staff and managing the day to day operations within a budget
Working to expand the business by advertising, meeting and attracting new customers, vendors, and suppliers
Handling accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Working directly with CEO to grow business in the desired direction while increasing customer service and care

Salary of $30,000 /yr
monthly with yearly performance/goal based Bonuses

Available to all employees employed at least 90 days and work a minimum of 30 hours per week
Dream Aviation, Inc will pay $150 of employee premiums
The remainder of the premiums may be taken out of paychecks pre-tax
Full-Time hours - 40 hours per week, including at least 4 weekend days per monthEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
